1. Services and Subscriptions
One-Time Services: For one-time services such as custom graphics, website development, and Discord bot customization, cancellations can only be made before the project work has begun. Once the work has started, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued.
Subscription Services: For any ongoing or subscription-based services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for cancellations made during a billing cycle.

2. Digital Products
Instantly Delivered Products: For digital products that are delivered instantly upon purchase (e.g., icon packs, templates), cancellations and refunds are not permitted due to the nature of the product.
Customized Digital Products: For products that are customized based on your specifications, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of the order placement. If customization work has already begun, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.

3. Cancellation Process
To cancel a service or subscription, you must follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to support@aunipa.com with your cancellation request, including your order details and reason for cancellation.
Confirmation: Our support team will confirm the receipt of your request and inform you of the next steps. For eligible cancellations, we will process your request within 5-7 business days.

4. Refunds
Eligibility: Refunds are only available for eligible cancellations as outlined above. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing Time: Once your cancellation request is approved, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.

5. Exceptional Circumstances
Force Majeure: In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, legal restrictions), we reserve the right to cancel orders and provide refunds at our discretion.
Errors and Omissions: If a service or product was provided in error, we will cancel the service or product and issue a full refund.

6. Changes to This Policy

We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on our website and, if the changes are significant, by providing a more prominent notice (e.g., via email or Discord notification).
